Established partner with a strong securities litigation or securities enforcement background.
Proven trial and appellate experience in federal or state securities matters.
Portable client relationships and demonstrable business development capability.
Admissions to the relevant jurisdiction(s) and ability to work from the Fort Lauderdale office.
