Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to join a well-established team in Boulder focused on securities litigation, white-collar matters, and healthcare/life sciences matters. The role combines courtroom and investigative work with counseling clients in regulated industries.

The practice will handle civil securities disputes, regulatory investigations, and matters arising at the intersection of healthcare and life sciences. The firm values lawyers who can lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups.

Portable practice and an ability to originate and grow client relationships are welcomed; the hiring team is looking for a candidate who can contribute both substantive expertise and business development capacity.

Partner-level experience in securities litigation, white-collar investigations, and/or healthcare/life sciences matters
Proven trial, hearing, or investigative experience and ability to lead complex matters
Track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable business preferred
Admission to the relevant state bar (or ability to obtain) and strong written and oral advocacy skills
