Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and grow a securities-focused litigation practice in the firm’s Delaware office. The role will handle complex securities disputes, internal investigations and white‑collar matters, with a particular emphasis on clients in life sciences, healthcare and digital health sectors.

This is a partner-level opportunity for a lawyer with a proven track record on securities and regulatory matters, courtroom experience or high‑stakes trial preparation, and the ability to advise healthcare and life‑sciences companies. The successful candidate will help expand an existing litigation platform and collaborate across regulatory and corporate teams.

The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice and a demonstrated history of developing client relationships in securities, healthcare or life‑sciences industries.

Established partner with substantial securities litigation and/or white‑collar defense experience
Significant work for healthcare, life‑sciences or digital‑health clients preferred
Demonstrated trial and/or investigation experience and strong litigation record
Proven client development skills; ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Bar admission in Delaware or willingness to obtain admission
