Seeking a senior litigation partner to join a well-established Salt Lake City team focused on securities, healthcare and life-sciences disputes. The role involves leading complex securities and white‑collar matters, counseling healthcare clients, and managing high‑stakes regulatory and litigation work across the region.

Ideal candidates will bring a demonstrable track record of partner‑level litigation experience, courtroom and investigation experience, and the ability to originate and grow client relationships. The role offers leadership responsibility on matters and mentoring of junior litigators within a busy, multidisciplinary practice.

Established partner with significant securities litigation, white‑collar, or healthcare/life‑sciences litigation experience
Proven courtroom and investigative experience; track record of managing complex, high‑value matters
Ability to develop and expand client relationships — portable business welcomed
Strong mentoring and team leadership skills; collaborative across practices
Bar admission in Utah or qualification to practice through reciprocity or admission process
