Lateral Partner, Securities Litigation — London

Leading litigation firm seeks a London-based lateral partner to lead and grow its securities enforcement and litigation practice. The role focuses on high-value contested matters, regulatory investigations and related civil claims, with opportunities to work on insolvency-related litigation and some transactional advisory work.

The partner will build and manage a team in London, work closely with cross-border colleagues, and play a central role in client development and matter strategy. The team handles complex, high-stakes disputes and regulatory engagements for institutional clients.

• Established partner with substantial securities enforcement or securities litigation experience
• Proven track record of leading complex contested matters and advising on regulatory investigations
• Portable client relationships / demonstrable book of business
• Experience working on insolvency- or restructuring-related litigation and cross-border disputes preferred
• Strong leadership, business development and team management skills
