Partner‑level experience in securities litigation, enforcement, or related regulatory matters
Proven trial and/or contested litigation experience and the ability to lead complex matters
Track record of client relationship management and business development; portable practice welcome
Admission to the California bar (or willingness to become admitted) and strong writing and advocacy skills
