• Established track record in securities litigation and/or securities enforcement (private and regulatory matters).
• Proven ability to lead complex, high-value cases and to work effectively in trial and appellate settings.
• Portable practice or demonstrated ability to develop and bring business to the platform.
• Active bar admission in California or ability/willingness to qualify locally.
