Leading litigation practice seeking a lateral partner to join its securities litigation and enforcement team in Miami. The role focuses on complex securities disputes, regulatory defense and high-stakes litigation across federal and state forums.

Successful candidate will help expand and lead the regional practice, working with senior litigators on trial-ready matters and cross-jurisdictional enforcement matters. This is a partner-level opening for an experienced trial lawyer with an established, portable securities practice.

Established partner with significant experience in securities litigation and regulatory enforcement.
Track record of trials, motions practice, and handling complex federal securities cases.
Portable practice / book of business appropriate to a partner role.
Strong client development and relationship-management skills; senior leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
