Seeking a partner to lead and grow a securities litigation practice in a busy San Francisco office. The role focuses on representing public companies, officers and directors, and other market participants in securities-related litigation and enforcement matters.

The team handles high-stakes commercial and regulatory disputes, including class actions, shareholder derivative suits and SEC-related proceedings. The firm is looking for a senior lawyer who can manage major matters, mentor associates and work closely with cross-practice teams.

Candidates with an established, portable securities litigation or regulatory practice are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience in securities litigation and related regulatory matters
Proven trial and motion practice; experience with class actions, derivative suits or SEC enforcement matters
Track record of business development and ability to bring or grow client relationships
Bar admission in California (or eligible) and strong leadership/mentoring skills
