Apply in confidence →A leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office to strengthen the securities litigation and healthcare/life sciences practices. The role focuses on advising clients on complex securities disputes, regulatory enforcement matters, and healthcare-related controversies, including matters at the intersection of digital health and life sciences.
The successful candidate will take a hands-on role handling high-stakes litigation and enforcement work, mentoring junior lawyers, and partnering with cross-practice teams on regulatory and transactional risk issues. A demonstrable, portable practice or ability to originate and grow client relationships in securities, healthcare, or life sciences is welcome.
- Established partner-level experience in securities litigation and enforcement, with a strong record of courtroom and/or regulatory advocacy.
- Substantive experience in healthcare and life sciences matters, including digital health-related issues.
- Proven business development skills and the ability to build or bring a portable practice.
- Excellent writing, client-management, and team leadership abilities; admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
