Lateral Partner — Securities & White‑Collar Litigation, New York

Established litigation team in New York is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its securities and white‑collar practice. The role focuses on high‑stakes civil and regulatory matters, trials, and investigations for corporate and individual clients.

The successful candidate will join a full‑service litigation platform with national and cross‑border matters, working alongside experienced trial and regulatory practitioners. There is scope to develop a portable practice and contribute to client origination and firm growth.

• Proven partner‑level experience in securities litigation and/or white‑collar investigations
• Extensive trial and regulatory experience, including appearances before courts and regulators
• Demonstrated book of business or clear potential for portable client origination
• Bar admission in New York (or willingness to obtain admission) and strong academic and professional references
