Experienced partner sought to lead and grow a structured finance and derivatives practice in a major London office. The role will involve advising banks, corporates and financial institutions on complex structured products, derivative transactions and related documentation.

The firm is seeking a market-facing partner who can both win and deliver client work, collaborate with cross-border teams and help develop junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships would be advantageous; the firm may be flexible for an exceptional candidate.

Established partner-level experience in structured finance and derivatives transactions.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong technical drafting and transactional skills; comfortable leading teams on complex matters.
Ability to work with cross-border colleagues and business development focus.
