A leading practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Pittsburgh finance team to lead and develop structured finance and securitization work. The role will focus on leveraged/structured financings, securitization transactions and related documentation and client counseling.

The hire will work with domestic and cross-border clients, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the practice through originating work and cultivating relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is welcome.

Partner-level experience in structured finance, securitization and/or leveraged finance
Proven record of originating or cultivating client relationships; portable book of business a plus
Strong drafting and transaction management skills on complex financings
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to advise on cross‑border matters as needed
