Established finance team in San Francisco is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its structured finance and securitization practice. The role will focus on advising borrowers, issuers and financial institutions on complex finance transactions across public and private markets.

The partner will work with cross‑office teams on deal execution, manage client relationships, and drive business development. This is a senior leadership role for an attorney with a portable practice who can grow revenue and mentor junior lawyers.

Proven partner‑level experience in structured finance and securitization transactions.
Track record of originating or sustaining client relationships and business development; portable practice preferred.
Strong technical drafting and transactional skills; ability to lead deal teams.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or ability to qualify).
