Established regional office seeks a lateral Partner to lead and grow a tax practice in Boston. The role involves advising closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and tax-exempt entities on federal and state tax planning, compliance, and controversy matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and be responsible for originating business, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development track record is welcome.

JD and active bar admission (state admission as required for practice)
Significant partner-level tax experience advising businesses and individuals on federal/state tax matters
Proven client-development and relationship-management skills; portable practice welcome
Ability to supervise and mentor associates and contribute to practice growth
