Leading international law firm is seeking a seasoned Tax partner to join its Denver office. The role focuses on advising corporate and high-net-worth clients on federal, state and transactional tax matters, working closely with corporate, finance and benefits teams.

The partner will both handle complex tax work and help grow the practice in the region — managing engagements, mentoring associates, and coordinating with national and cross-border desks. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate and develop client relationships is welcome.

Established partner-level tax practitioner with extensive experience in federal and state tax and transactional tax planning.
Proven record of client relationship development; portable book of business or demonstrable origination ability preferred.
Experience managing teams and supervising associates on complex matters.
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and excellent written and oral advocacy.
