Experienced tax partner sought to join a well-established energy practice in Fort Worth. The role will focus on federal and state tax matters affecting energy clients, including transactional structuring, regulatory tax issues and tax controversy work.

The group advises a mix of corporate and project clients across the energy sector. This position offers leadership responsibility within the team and the opportunity to grow a tax-focused energy practice in the region.

• Established tax partner with substantial experience advising energy-sector clients
• Deep knowledge of federal and state energy tax rules and transactional tax planning
• Track record of business development; portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred
• Strong client management and team leadership skills
