Well-established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Tax and Estate Planning practice from its Boulder office. The role combines high-level tax planning, trust and estate matters, and client-facing advisory work for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.

The successful candidate will have a portable practice or demonstrable client development capabilities and will play a key role in mentoring junior lawyers and expanding the local practice. This is an opportunity to join a respected firm with regional and national tax capabilities.

J.D. and active bar admission in the relevant state (or ability to obtain).
Established Tax and Estate Planning practice with significant partner-level experience.
Proven client-development skills; portable book of business preferred.
Experience managing and mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating across practice groups.
