Seeking a partner to join a well-established, full-service office in Orange County to lead and grow a tax and estate planning practice. The role focuses on high-net-worth planning, sophisticated tax advice, and related wealth-transfer matters for individuals and families.

The firm is looking for a senior lawyer with an established, portable practice and proven business development skills who can work collaboratively with transactional and private client teams. This is a client-facing leadership role with opportunities to shape practice strategy and mentor junior lawyers.

Partner-level experience in federal and state tax planning and estate planning for high-net-worth clients.
Proven record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Licensed to practice in California (or able to obtain admission) and in good standing.
Strong drafting, technical tax analysis, and interpersonal/leadership skills.
