Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Tax and Estate Planning team in West Palm Beach. The role focuses on advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses on sophisticated estate, gift, and wealth-transfer planning.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary practice that works across tax, trusts and estates, and wealth-management matters. This is an opportunity to build and grow a portable practice within an established platform and to mentor junior lawyers in a busy regional office.

Established partner-level experience in tax and estate planning.
Track record advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses.
Ability to originate and grow a portable practice; demonstrable book-of-business preferred.
Strong drafting, client-management, and team leadership skills; bar admission in Florida or eligibility to transfer.
