High-performing law firm is seeking a Tax partner to join its Greensboro office and lead growth-oriented tax work across corporate and transactional matters. The role offers a client-facing, rainmaking position with responsibility for managing engagements, mentoring junior lawyers, and expanding a tax practice in the region.

Ideal for an experienced tax partner with a portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and cultivate business. The position offers significant autonomy to shape service offerings and cross-collaborate with other practice groups on domestic and multistate tax issues.

Partner-level tax experience with a track record advising on corporate, transactional, and/or multistate tax matters
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to obtain)
Proven client development skills; portable book of business or demonstrated ability to generate originations preferred
Experience supervising associates and managing engagements
