Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Albuquerque office to lead and grow a tax-litigation practice. The role will focus on defending and prosecuting tax controversies and related litigation across state and federal forums.

The firm is seeking an experienced partner who can handle complex tax disputes, manage litigation teams, and contribute to business development. Candidates with an existing portable practice or proven client origination will be considered.

Established partner-level background in tax controversy and litigation.
Demonstrated courtroom or contested-proceeding experience and ability to manage trial teams.
Proven track record in client relationship development; portable practice or business-generation capability preferred.
Bar admission in New Mexico or ability to obtain admission; strong written and oral advocacy skills.
