You will lead trial and dispute-resolution matters, supervise and mentor associates, and work with cross-practice teams on contentious tax issues. The position offers a platform to grow a litigation-oriented tax practice and contribute to client development.

Licensed to practice in Georgia (or eligible for admission) with an active JD.
Established track record in tax controversy and tax-related litigation, including trial or significant courtroom experience.
Proven ability to manage matters and supervise junior lawyers.
Business development skills; portable practice or demonstrable origination and client relationships preferred.
