Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Cincinnati office to lead and grow a tax‑focused litigation practice. The role blends courtroom and advisory work, handling federal and state tax disputes as well as related civil litigation.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for client development and case management, work with a team of litigators and tax specialists, and help expand the office’s presence in regional tax controversy matters. Admitted to practice in Ohio (or willingness to obtain admission); active bar membership.
Established partner with significant tax controversy and litigation experience, including federal and state tax matters.
Proven trial and motion practice skills and experience supervising teams.
Business development ability; a portable practice or demonstrable pipeline preferred.
