Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and grow its tax litigation capability in the Denver office. The role focuses on counseling clients on tax disputes, contentious federal and state tax matters, and related litigation strategies.

The team handles a broad range of tax controversy work across industries; the partner will be expected to manage significant matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with litigation colleagues on trial and appellate work. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development track record is welcome.

Established track record in tax controversy and tax litigation
Substantive trial and appellate experience preferred
Proven client-development and business-generation abilities; portable work considered
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and working collaboratively with litigation teams
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
