Experienced tax litigator sought to join a national US law firm’s Fargo office. The role combines tax controversy and litigation work across federal and state matters, with opportunities to lead cases and manage junior lawyers.

The firm is looking for a partner with an established practice in tax and related litigation who can handle courtroom work and client-facing responsibilities. The position includes matters for regional and national clients and room to build a portable practice.

• Established partner-level experience in tax controversy and litigation.
• Proven trial and courtroom experience handling tax disputes and related litigation.
• Track record of originating or managing client engagements and business development.
• Admission (or ability to become admitted) to practice in North Dakota or appropriate federal courts.
