Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Harrisburg office to lead and grow an integrated tax and litigation practice. The role will blend contentious tax matters with broader litigation work, including trial and appellate representation.

Ideal candidates will assume responsibility for client development, supervise associates, and collaborate with colleagues across practice groups. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business will be valued.

Established partner with substantial experience in tax controversy and litigation
Proven trial or appellate advocacy skills and experience managing litigation teams
Track record of client development and the ability to bring or grow business
Bar admission in Pennsylvania or ability to become admitted; strong professional references
