Established national firm is seeking a partner to join its Indianapolis office to lead and grow a tax-focused litigation practice. The role combines courtroom work with strategic tax controversy and dispute resolution for corporate and individual clients.

You will handle complex tax litigation matters, supervise associate teams, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on related disputes. The position requires active participation in client development and an ability to win and manage matters from intake through trial or negotiated resolution.

Partner-level experience practicing tax controversy and litigation (significant trial and motion experience preferred)
Licensed to practice in Indiana (or able to obtain admission)
Proven ability to manage teams and lead complex matters
Track record of client development; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome
