Seeking a partner to join a busy Employment & Labor litigation team in Indianapolis. The role focuses on defending and counseling employers in a range of workplace disputes and regulatory matters, with significant courtroom and motion practice exposure.

This is an opportunity to lead and grow a litigation practice within a well-resourced regional office. The team handles individual and collective employment claims, internal investigations, and employment-related regulatory matters.

Applicants with an established, portable employment litigation practice are encouraged to apply; there is flexibility for candidates to bring an existing book of business and to integrate it into the office’s broader litigation platform.

Admission to the relevant state bar and authorized to practice in Indiana
Proven track record in employment and labor litigation, including motion practice and courtroom experience
Experience counseling employers on workplace compliance and regulatory issues
Business development ability; candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships preferred
