Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Indianapolis office to lead and expand the healthcare litigation practice. The role will involve managing high-stakes litigation matters, supervising associates, and advising healthcare and life sciences clients on risk, regulatory defense, and dispute resolution.

The team handles a broad range of healthcare-related disputes and works closely with regulatory and compliance colleagues across the firm. The position is business-development oriented — candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships will be given strong consideration.

Partner-level experience in healthcare-focused litigation, including trial and appellate advocacy
Proven record of originating and managing client matters and leading litigation teams
Experience advising healthcare or life-sciences clients on regulatory and compliance issues
Active bar admission (or ability to obtain) in Indiana and a J.D. from an accredited law school
