Senior partner role within a national firm’s Healthcare team, based in Indianapolis. The group advises healthcare providers, payors, and life sciences clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

This is a leadership-facing position: you will advise on complex healthcare regulatory and commercial matters, lead client relationships, and work with cross-practice teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The role is open to experienced partners with an established practice and the ability to develop business in the region; a portable practice or demonstrable origination track record will be viewed positively.

Proven partner-level experience in healthcare law, including regulatory and transactional matters
Experience advising life sciences or healthcare provider/payor clients
Established client relationships and demonstrated business development/origination ability
Capacity to lead and mentor teams and collaborate across practices
Admission to practice or ability to obtain admission where required
