Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment (Indianapolis)

Established national litigation practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Indianapolis office. The role will focus on defending and managing complex commercial litigation, employment and labor disputes, professional liability, and healthcare- and construction-related matters.

Successful candidates will lead trials and hearings, supervise associates, and develop business across the region. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced team handling high-stakes matters for corporate and institutional clients.

• Established partner with significant litigation and labor & employment experience.
• Track record handling professional liability, healthcare, or construction disputes preferred.
• Demonstrated trial/hearing experience and ability to manage client relationships and teams.
• Portable practice or client relationships welcomed; business development capability expected.
