Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Tax & Litigation practice in Las Vegas. The role will handle contested tax matters and related civil litigation across federal and state forums, advising corporations and individuals on dispute strategy and resolution.

This is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced trial and tax litigator who can develop and lead engagements, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to client development. A portable practice or ability to bring client relationships is welcomed.

Established partner-level experience in tax controversy and commercial litigation
Strong trial and appellate litigation track record and courtroom experience
Proven ability to originate and manage client matters; portability of work a plus
Bar admission in Nevada or eligibility to obtain admission
Excellent written and oral advocacy and experience mentoring junior attorneys
