Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its tax controversy and litigation capabilities in the Lincoln office. This role will handle a mix of tax disputes, controversies and related litigation matters across state and federal forums.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, supervise associates, and work collaboratively with other practice groups. Candidates with an existing portable tax litigation practice will be strongly considered.

Partner-level experience in tax controversy, tax litigation, or related dispute work.
Proven trial and/or contested litigation experience in state or federal courts.
Track record of supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
Business development acumen and ability to originate and grow client relationships; candidates with a portable practice welcome.
Admission to the relevant state bar and eligibility to practice in the jurisdiction.
