Senior tax litigator sought to join and lead a growing tax controversy and litigation practice in Little Rock. This role is a partner-level opening focused on handling federal and state tax disputes, representing clients in tribunal and court proceedings, and advising on contentious tax issues.

The firm is seeking a hands-on partner who will manage complex matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development initiatives. Candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships in tax controversy will be particularly competitive.

Proven partner- or senior associate-level experience in tax controversy and litigation
Strong record of litigation, trial, or administrative hearing work in federal/state tax matters
Ability to originate and steward client relationships; portable practice welcome
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (Arkansas preferred) and good professional standing
Excellent drafting, advocacy, and team leadership skills
