- Proven partner- or senior associate-level experience in tax controversy and litigation
- Strong record of litigation, trial, or administrative hearing work in federal/state tax matters
- Ability to originate and steward client relationships; portable practice welcome
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (Arkansas preferred) and good professional standing
- Excellent drafting, advocacy, and team leadership skills
