Opportunity for a partner to lead and grow a tax controversy and litigation practice in a busy New Jersey office. The role combines courtroom and appellate work with advisory and dispute-resolution matters across federal and state tax issues.

The team seeks an experienced trial lawyer who will manage case strategy, supervise associates, and work closely with clients and other practice groups. Candidates who can bring or develop client relationships and contribute to business development are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in tax controversy and litigation.
Proven trial and appellate advocacy skills and familiarity with federal and state tax procedures.
Track record of supervising associates and managing complex matters.
Strong business-development ability; portable practice or capacity to cultivate client relationships welcomed.
Active bar admission and ability to work in New Jersey.
