Leading national law firm seeks an experienced litigation partner to join its Livingston office. The role focuses on commercial litigation with a significant employment and professional-liability practice and regular matters arising from the healthcare and construction sectors.

The partner will handle trial and pre‑trial litigation, advise clients on employment risks and disputes, and oversee professional-liability and sector‑specific matters. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for matter management, supervising junior lawyers, and developing business in the region.

Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client origination capabilities are encouraged to apply; there is support from a multidisciplinary team and firm resources to help expand the book of business.

Established litigation partner with substantial experience in employment and labor matters.
Proven track record in professional‑liability, healthcare, or construction disputes preferred.
Strong trial and courtroom experience; excellent drafting and advocacy skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams and mentor junior attorneys.
Business development skills and a history of client origination; portable practice welcomed.
Membership in good standing with relevant state bar and ability to practice in the jurisdiction.
