Established national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Louisville office to lead and grow a tax-focused litigation practice. The role combines courtroom and advisory work for corporate and individual clients on tax controversies and related disputes.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience handling tax litigation matters and will participate in business development and client relationship management. This is an opportunity to join a large, multi-office firm with national resources while based in Louisville.

Proven partner-level experience in tax controversy and tax litigation
Strong litigation skills, including motion practice and courtroom experience
Track record of originating or developing client work; a portable practice is welcomed
Membership in good standing with the relevant state bar or ability to become licensed
