Senior tax-litigation partner opportunity in Minneapolis with a national practice platform. The role will lead and grow a tax controversy and litigation practice, handling state and federal tax disputes and related civil litigation for corporate and individual clients.

The team services a diverse client base across multiple industries. The firm is seeking an experienced partner to provide hands-on case leadership, develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers while integrating into an established litigation platform.

Bar admission in Minnesota (or ability to qualify quickly).
Significant experience handling tax controversy and related litigation matters at partner or senior counsel level.
Proven trial or contested litigation experience and strong analytical writing skills.
Track record of business development or willingness/ability to build a portable practice.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills for developing junior team members.
