Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Midwestern office to lead and grow tax controversy and litigation work. The role combines courtroom and dispute resolution experience with strategic tax advisory matters across state and federal levels.

You will join a collaborative team and be expected to develop and manage client relationships, supervise associates, and handle high-stakes contested matters. Portable practice and client origination are welcome and will be supported.

Member of the Nebraska bar (or eligible to waive in); JD from an accredited law school
Established partner-level experience in tax controversy, tax litigation and related advisory work
Proven trial or contested-matters experience and comfort in courtroom or administrative hearings
Track record of client development and ability to lead a team of associates and paralegals
