Senior tax-litigation partner role with a national US firm’s Ontario office. The position focuses on representing clients in tax disputes and related litigation matters across state and federal forums, and advising on tax risk in contentious matters.

The firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow a portable tax-litigation practice, collaborate with broader dispute resolution and tax teams, and provide strategic client counsel on high-stakes matters.

Established partner with substantial experience in tax controversy and related litigation.
Strong courtroom and appellate experience preferred; comfort managing complex discovery and motion practice.
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable practice/book of business advantageous.
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction(s); admissions in Ontario or cross-border experience a plus.
