The firm is looking for a senior lawyer who can handle complex tax disputes, mentor junior lawyers, and work with cross-practice teams. This is an opportunity to lead and grow a portable tax litigation practice within an established regional platform.

Established partner-level experience in tax controversy and litigation.
Admitted to practice in Utah (or eligible) and comfortable in federal tax forums.
Proven track record of leading matters, supervising associates, and delivering litigation strategy.
Business development ability; portable book of business welcomed.
