• Established tax litigation credentials — significant experience in tax controversies, litigation, or appeals.
• Active Washington bar admission (or ability to waive/admit) and courtroom experience.
• Demonstrated client development ability and a portable practice or relationship network.
• Track record of supervising associates and managing matters from intake through trial or resolution.
