Lateral Partner — Tax & Litigation, Silicon Valley

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Silicon Valley office to strengthen a combined tax and litigation practice. The role will focus on advising corporate clients on tax controversy, disputes and related litigation, working alongside a cross‑disciplinary team.

The team handles contentious tax matters arising in the technology and services sectors and collaborates with corporate and regulatory colleagues when matters require multi‑disciplinary support. This is an opportunity to build a visible practice within an established platform in Silicon Valley.

• Partner-level experience in tax disputes, tax litigation or related controversy work
• Proven track record of handling complex tax matters for corporate clients; portable practice or book of business welcome
• Strong litigation skills and comfort working collaboratively with corporate and regulatory teams
• Active bar admission(s) in the United States; Silicon Valley/California presence preferred
