Lateral Partner — Tax & Litigation, Tampa

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tampa office in a tax-focused litigation role. The position combines litigation experience with tax expertise and will handle state and federal tax disputes and related controversy matters.

The team works on a broad docket of tax controversy and litigation matters for corporate and individual clients. The role is partner-level with responsibility for developing and managing matters and mentoring junior lawyers.

Candidates with an existing portable practice or client relationships are encouraged to apply; the firm is open to partners with a range of book sizes. The practice emphasizes litigation experience and practical tax knowledge.

• Established partner-level experience in tax litigation or tax controversy
• Admitted to practice in Florida (or ability to obtain admission)
• Proven litigation skills in state and/or federal courts and administrative proceedings
• Track record of client development and mentoring junior attorneys; portable business welcomed
