Lateral Partner — Tax & Litigation, Tri-Cities

Well-established national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Tax and Litigation team in the Tri-Cities area. The role will combine tax advisory and controversy work with defense and litigation matters for a diverse client base.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience handling tax disputes and related litigation in court or administrative forums. The firm welcomes partners with a portable practice; even modest books of business will be considered.

• Proven partner-/senior-level experience in tax and tax litigation.
• Comfort handling litigation matters in court and/or administrative settings.
• Track record of business development; portable client relationships are welcome.
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission.
