Lateral Partner — Tax & Litigation, Williamsburg

Established tax-litigation partner opportunity in Williamsburg with a well-resourced, national US practice. The role will focus on representing taxpayers in disputes and related litigation, with opportunities to handle trial work and appeals.

The firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow a tax controversy and litigation practice locally, working with cross-practice teams on federal and state tax disputes. Portable matters or an existing client base in tax controversy will be viewed positively.

• Proven partner-level experience in tax controversy and litigation
• Strong trial and dispositive-motion experience preferred
• Track record of originating or managing client relationships; portable practice advantageous
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or eligibility)
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and client-management skills
