Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow a Tax and Litigation practice from its Wilmington office. The role combines courtroom experience with sophisticated tax dispute work across federal and state matters.

The successful candidate will have partner-level experience running cases, managing teams, and originating work. There is flexibility to bring a portable practice; the firm supports partners who can develop and expand client relationships.

Established partner or equivalent senior litigator with a focus on tax controversy and related litigation
Proven trial and motion experience in state and/or federal courts
Demonstrated client development and relationship management skills; ability to bring or build a portable practice is welcome
Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
Experience supervising associates and managing case budgets and staffing
