Senior tax partner opportunity in Minneapolis with a broad commercial tax practice. The role will focus on advising corporate and high-net-worth clients on complex tax matters and structuring across federal, state and local tax issues.

The team offers a collaborative platform with national and cross-border resources; the firm is seeking a partner who can both deliver high-level technical advice and contribute to business development. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are welcomed.

Established tax partner with substantial experience advising corporations and/or high-net-worth clients
Deep technical knowledge of federal, state and local tax issues
Proven ability to originate and manage client engagements; portable practice or clear business development record preferred
Bar admission and standing appropriate for practice in Minnesota (or ability to transfer/admit)
