Seeking a Tax partner to join a busy Philadelphia office of a global law firm. The role focuses on leading and expanding a commercial tax practice advising US and cross-border clients on corporate and transactional tax matters.

The partner will work closely with corporate and finance teams on complex structuring, M&A-related tax issues, and ongoing tax planning, while helping grow the local tax bench and collaborating with national and international colleagues.

Applicants with an established, portable tax practice or demonstrated client origination capability are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level experience in US tax law (corporate/transactional focus).
Track record of advising on complex tax structuring, M&A tax, and related transactional matters.
Proven client development skills and experience managing a team of lawyers.
Bar admission and strong professional references; credential such as CPA a plus but not required.
